Abstract:

A high gain low noise amplifier design for 5.8G network was presented. Two stage low noise amplifier cascade form was adopted to improve gain parameters,and the impedance match-ing between the input port,output port and the inter stage was performed. ATF-551M4 was used as the core device in this paper,ADS software was used to realize the amplifier DC bias circuit design, stability design,impedance matching circuit design,and the joint simulation of two-stage low noise amplifier and PCB layout design were carried out. The test results show that in the frequency range of 5.725 GHz to 5.825 GHz,the noise figure of low noise amplifier is less than 1.1 dB,the gain is great-er than 20dB,input and output return loss are less than -10 dB. © 2020, Editorial Office of «Res.
