Abstract:

As for the multi index nonlinear evaluation problem of seismic suitability of urban land, based on the programming model of position weighted vector and leapfrog algorithm for the characteristics of assessing urban land suitability for earthquake resistance, using ground rupture of strong earthquake, landslides and collapse, site liquefaction, site seismic subsidence, earthquake engineering geological zoning and site type as the evaluation indexes, puts forward evaluation methods of suitability of seismic resistance and disaster prevention of urban land based on intelligent solution. Firstly, the absolute dominance and relative dominance are determined and they are taken as induced component. The evaluation indexes are rearranged in accordance with the ideology of the IOWA operator. Secondly, the position weighted vector and evaluation values are solved by leapfrog algorithm. Finally, the evaluation value matrix is constituted, and the optimal evaluation vector is solved by the method of the minimum sum of the vector angle. It is verified that the method is feasible and effective by example calculation and comparative analysis. The evaluation results can provide a theoretical basis for urban earthquake disaster prevention plan. © 2014 ejge.
