Abstract:

The vibration order analysis method combined with the experimental modal test is utilized to measure and diagnose the abnormities of a high-speed electric spindle. The reason of vibration aggravation of the high-speed electric spindle at high-speed working status is studied. Other reasons of abnormal vibration are identified on the high-speed electric spindle and machine tool structure, including their design, manufacture, component defects, etc. The experimental results show that the vibration order analysis combined with the experimental modal test is an effective measure and analysis method for the abnormities diagnosis of CNC machining center.
