This　paper　provides　an　overview　and　information　useful　for　approaching　the　design　and　implementation　procedure　of　computerized　numerical　control　based　on　embedded　Web　controlling.　The　system　outlined　by　the　paper　is　able　to　provide　experiences　and　related　aspects　of　the　solution　for　the　design　of　more　advanced　CNC　system.　By　the　analysis　of　global　manufacturing　oriented　requirements　and　the　developing　condition　or　atmosphere　of　external　control　system,　the　paper　set　forth　the　function　of　the　system,　design　principle,　system　framework　and　system　function　module,　provided　the　specific　realization　of　the　system.　Meanwhile,　the　paper　introduced　the　asynchronous　Web　communication　using　AJAX　method　to　improve　the　transmitting　rate,　envisaged　the　content　and　direction　of　future　research　works.
