Abstract:

In order to analyze the seismic performance of RC shear wall with opening and single row of steel bars, and compare the failure feature of different construction measures, low-cyclic reversed loading tests on seismic performance for 2 models of RC shear wall with opening were carried out. The structure's stiffness and its deterioration process bearing capacity, ductility, energy dissipation and failure feature were analyzed systematically. A simplified mechanical model was established, and the results are in good agreement with the test results. Test and analysis shows that the RC shear wall opening and single row of steel bars meet the seismic design requirements.
