Abstract:
为了保证激光追踪测量系统的平稳、快速、实时性测量等要求,研制了激光追踪测量电气控制系统.利用四象限光电传感器(quadrant photo-detector,QPD)对激光束光斑偏移量进行实时测量,将光斑偏移量通入可编程多轴运动控制器(programmable multi-axis controller,PMAC)中进行处理,并结合伺服电机构成闭环系统,采用工程整定方法调节PID,实现测量系统的平稳追踪测量.试验结果表明,控制系统运行平稳、追踪性能良好,激光光斑返回四象限光电传感器中心的平均时间为0.259 ms.
