Abstract:
以优势视角理论和自我效能理论作为理论基础,针对随迁子女对转学事件的消极解读及其在各方面所表现出来的自我效能感低下问题进行小组工作介入,探讨社会工作介入随迁子女自我效能感提升的有效性,阐明了针对随迁子女转学等流动性事件进行及时干预的积极意义与价值.
