水压柱塞泵关键零部件的固有频率与激励频率相同或相近时将会发生共振,导致零部件疲劳破损甚至柱塞泵不能正常运转。针对水压柱塞泵的核心部件配流盘进行模态分析,研究其各阶振型并计算其相应的固有频率。为了有效地避免配流盘的共振现象,通过增设加强筋对配流盘结构进行优化改进。仿真结果表明增设加强筋能够提高配流盘的固有频率,并且能够避开激振源的倍频,从而降低了配流盘在柱塞泵运行过程中引发共振的可能性。研究成果为避免配流盘受到激振力时发生共振提供了理论依据。
