Abstract：
采用CMT(冷金属过渡)熔钎焊方法,对低碳镀锌钢板与AA6061铝合金板进行焊接,并建立接头剥离试样有限元模型,对剥离时板材受力情况及界面层破坏模式进行了数值模拟。结果表明,铝/钢CMT熔钎焊接头剥离强度仅为剪切强度的1/50,模拟结果与试验结果比较吻合,解释了剥离强度远低于剪切强度的原因。
