Abstract:
为实现汽车轻量化,采用铝钢一体化车身框架是一条有效途径,提高铝钢连接接头强度是改善一体化车身安全性的关键.目前研究表明铝钢CMT(冷金属过渡)熔钎焊接头有较好的剪切强度,但其剥离强度仅为剪切强度的1/50.本研究针对低碳镀锌钢与AA6061铝合金的CMT熔钎焊接头的剥离过程建立有限元模型,对剥离时板材受力情况及界面层破坏模式进行数值模拟,探讨剥离强度低于剪切强度的原因.
