报道了基于TEC(半导体制冷器)温控的激光二极管(LD)侧面泵浦的脉冲Nd:YAP(掺钕铝酸钇)激光器,采用BBO(β相偏硼酸钡晶体,β-BaB2O4)电光调Q,腔内不加入任何偏振元件,使用平平腔和平凹腔在重频20 Hz时分别得到了1.34μm单脉冲能量12.00 mJ和11.45 mJ,在平平腔结构下,得到最短脉宽38 ns.实验还对平平腔结构下1.08μm的输出特性进行了实验研究,采用相同的平平直腔结构,在重频20 Hz最高可获得1.08 μm单脉冲能量28.5 mJ,脉宽27 ns.
