Abstract：
采用“双氧水+硫酸”体系浸出废CRT荧光粉中的锌,考察硫酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间、固液比和双氧水含量对Zn浸出率的影响。结果表明,在硫酸浓度3 mol/L,反应温度55℃,反应时间1 h,固液比1∶30 g/mL,双氧水/硫酸为0.1,中速搅拌条件下,锌浸出率可达90%以上,且可大大减少有毒气体H2 S。
