软质材料通常采取压缩包装的形式进行储存和运输,该研究设计了一种基于插装阀的软质材料压缩包装的液压回路,该回路可以实现空行程快速下降、压缩时正常速度下降、捆扎时低速下降、捆扎完毕后快速上升的功能,并且在活塞杆和压头停止运动时能够保压.对插装阀的阀块进行了有限元分析,结果显示阀块满足结构强度要求.所设计的液压回路已经应用在纤维的压缩包装中,效果良好.
