高校教师绩效考核关系到师资队伍建设和教师成长与发展,也关系到学校建设的效率和效果.文章探讨了教师职业生涯发展的周期及规律,构建了基于发展的“阶段-类型-内容”三维一体的分类绩效考核体系,并提出了实施分类考核的对策和建议.
