中国以低廉的劳动力成本为基本竞争优势参与了经济全球化.在华法资企业基本执行了中国的劳动保障法律,但是中国员工对于自身劳动保障权利缺乏足够的认知.员工的组织认同感按照职级不同体现出明显的分层现象.
