Abstract:

传统绩效考核方法往往仅从财务指标的角度进行评价,传统的财务模式只能衡量过去发生的事项,缺少对企业未来投资的远瞩性,即没有从战略的维度去思考指标对企业战略、愿景、目标的支持.笔者引入一种新的绩效测评方法——平衡计分卡方法,并结合AHP层次分析法思想来建立军工企业的绩效评价矩阵,把组织的使命和策略转变为一套前后连贯的系统绩效评核量度,对绩效考核方法进行研究和探讨.
