Abstract:

随着中国汽车产业不断成熟,汽车售后服务质量极大影响着经销商在市场中的竞争力.本文以来用汽车售后服务为背景,运用调查问卷的方式,通过SERVQUAL方法和证据理论为汽车服务业构造了特定的评价模型,并讨论了影响售后服务质量的主要因素,为企业提升采用汽车服务提供一定的参考依据.
