Abstract:
境外人才培训工作依据其培训渠道、培训时同、培训人员、培训经费、培训课程、管理模式的不同,培训模式呈现多样化的特点.以北京工业大学多年来实践的培训项目为例,对地方高校人才境外培训的模式进行了探讨,提出了境外培训工作中存在的问题.
