通过CPU选型及架构评估,构建了SoC芯片安全架构研究平台,实现了软硬件设计、FPGA原型验证及ASIC物理设计.在该平台上,可灵活实现和验证各种SoC的功能,对SoC产品的攻击与防护技术的安全性进行研究和分析.
