Abstract：
深入分析教师需求是高校建立科学、合理、有效的激励措施的前提和基础.文章从马斯洛需求层次理论出发,运用调查问卷和数据统计的方法,对北京地区某高校教师的需求现状进行调查研究,以专业技术职务作为教师群体划分的依据,系统分析了教师的需求差异,有针对性地提出了相应的激励措施.
