高校教师是科技创新活动的主体,直接影响科研产出效益.基于近十年北京地区教育部直属高校教师科技创新的投入与产出效益的统计分析,运用计量模型评价其效益并阐述影响高校科技创新效益的因素,提出加强和改进高校科技创新能力的政策性建议.
