Abstract:

In this study, Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were successfully synthesized by the dip coating process using ethylene glycol as a solvent. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectra, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and UV-vis spectra. The effect of the replacement of S by Se on the CZTS thin films was also discussed. (C) 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
