Abstract：
本文介绍笔者开设的＂英语公共演讲与辩论＂创新实践课程中的一些以＂创新＂、＂实践＂为导向的新的教学模式、教学手段和教学效果.作为一门实践型而非知识传授型课程,本课程遵循＂以人为本＂的教育理念,采用基于＂实践＂的教学模式,在教学过程中探索激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生自主创新意识和探索精神,在创新型人才培养方面取得了良好的效果.
