Abstract：
简述了实时PCR仪中温度控制系统的软硬件构成以及实验结果.在荧光检测PCR(实时PCR)中,采用TI公司的DSP320F2812作为微处理器控制芯片,利用其速度优势、数据处理功能以及强大的控制功能, 实现温度信号的采集以及温度控制.实验证明,数据传输速度达15MB/s、精度大于4.87%;温控模块中升温速率为3℃/s时,温度精度为0.2℃.
