本研究自行设计了一个PCR反应池的模型,并对该反应池和反应样品的温度进行了理论计算,在此基础上进行了温度场动态分布仿真分析,仿真结果与理论计算相吻合,为自行设计的实时PCR仪的研发提供了理论基础。
