从热力学计算和实验两方面研究气氛对固-气反应法制备Fe4N陶瓷粉体的影响.结果表明:通过调控体积比V(NH3)/V(H2)可以在较宽的温度范围内合成纯相的FeoN粉体,其中,V(NH3)/V(H2)=1:1时,能够得到纯相Fe4N粉体的温度范围最大,约为500~700℃,而随着氨氢比增大/减小,该温度相应降低/升高,并且温度范围不断减小直至消失.
