Abstract:
利用低熔点玻璃粉作为高温涂料的介质填料,通过对有机硅树脂、低熔点玻璃粉及各种颜填料的用量进行配方优化,制备出一种能耐700℃的高温涂料.用显微镜研究了高温涂层在不同温度下处理1 h后的表面形貌,提出了熔融的低熔点玻璃粉在400℃以上高温阶段可以起到二次成膜的作用.
