Abstract:

本发明公开了一种烧结法制备富铁铅渣微晶玻璃的方法,属于资源再利用领域。该方法以铅渣与铅锌尾矿为主要原料,通过加入硼砂、萤石碳酸钡助熔剂,获得低熔点玻璃粉,再与钠长石粉混合烧结制备得到富铁铅渣微晶玻璃。其工艺步骤包括配料、混料、调质熔融、水淬、球磨、干粉造粒、成型、烧结与降温晶化。该微晶玻璃的抗弯强度35.20~53.47MPa,耐酸度(1%硫酸)0.041~0.122%,耐碱度(1%氢氧化钠)0.002~0.016%,满足JC/T872‑2000建筑装饰用微晶玻璃的标准要求。
