Abstract：
四氯化碳作为ODS(臭氧层消耗物质)之一,必须在全球范围内尽快淘汰.但由于四氯化碳在实验室和分析用途中仍发挥着重要的作用,因此一些必要用途还希望能得到豁免.本报告对有关四氯化碳实验室和分析用途的相关国际政策和出版物进行了详细调研,以便于今后提出豁免申请及制定相关政策.
