20世纪末以来,我国高校毕业生就业问题日益严峻.高校毕业生就业问题的影响因素众多,但公众一直把＂大学生就业难＂归结在高校适应社会不力上,认为:面对市场需求,高等教育反应相对滞后,专业设置失衡,培养的大学生素质和能力不适应市场需求.
