北京高等学校成人高等教育和继续教育取得了历史性成绩,新形势下也面临新的问题.本文分析了北京高等学校在建设学习型城市和终身教育体系工作中存在的问题和任务,并提出要转变观念、加强领导、提高质量,为把北京建成首善之区做出贡献.
