Abstract：
＜正＞师资队伍国际化既是高水平大学的共同特征,也是我国大学走向高水平乃至世界一流大学的根本保证。在建设高水平大学的现实背景下,我国大学师资队伍国际化问题被提升到一个新的高度,聚焦于师资队伍国际化建设的理论与实践研究不断呈现。
