出租车市场的供求模型分析表明:价格管制决定着消费者与出租车市场间的利益分配格局;数量管制决定着出租车行业与"黑车"从业者间的利益分配格局;准入管制或牌照数量限制、司机劳动力市场供求变化两者共同决定了司机和出租车公司间的保留收益,进而影响了他们在利益分配中的谈判能力。
