日本南画作为日本艺术的重要一支,源于中国文人绘画,形成于日本的江户时期,其主要代表艺术家有袛园南海、柳泽淇园、彭城百川、池大雅、与谢芜村等人。日本南画具有幽(深奥)玄(神秘)佗(清淡)寂(静谧)的审美情趣和独特的日本风情。
