Abstract：
采用铁粉氮化法制备铁氮化合物,通过XRD测试结合SEM测试分析,对产物的成份以及表面形貌进行了表征;分析了工艺参数对产物的影响,实验表明:在550 ℃、氨氢比为1∶ 1时,氮化3～5 h均可制得单相的Fe4N.此制备方法工艺简单,操作方便.
