Abstract：
随着高速电路的发展,信号工作频率不断提高,在PCB设计中对信号完整性的分析尤为重要.本文对影响信号完整性的因素,传输线特性、信号的反射及串扰、差分走线及阻抗等进行了比较系统的分析,并通过PCB板层堆叠与阻抗匹配、信号线阻抗匹配和PCB布局方案等手段,获得了满意的仿真和实际效果.
