Abstract:
研究了Sn对AZ61镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响.对显微组织的观察表明,当加入Sn之后,在铸态和热处理态合金中均发现了球形颗粒状的Mg2Sn.对合金力学性能的试验表明,少量的Sn可提高合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度.热处理态下,当Sn含量达到3%时合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别达到了274 MPa和172 MPa,但是伸长率下降到9%.拉伸断口的SEM形貌分析表明,加入Sn以后,合金断裂方式由解理断裂向准解理断裂转变.
