通过意向调查,研究北京市部分繁华地区停车场使用者在不同政策水平下的出行方式选择意向,探讨作为消费者的停车者(即驾车出行人群)对停车收费价格的敏感性,从停车收费支付意愿的角度提出了城市繁华地区停车收费标准的制定方法,以求尽可能改善交通需求管理因素.
