Abstract:
采用二次合成法制备了掺锰三元系压电陶瓷0.2PZN-0.8PZT,系统研究了铅气氛和非铅气氛条件对陶瓷显微组织,介电性能及压电性能的影响规律并探讨了铅气氛的作用机制.实验结果表明,加铅气氛保护的试样在研究的烧结温度范围内(1050~1200℃)具有良好的微观形貌,晶粒大小均匀、致密,综合压电性能优于未加铅气氛保护烧结的试样.
