道家的＂无为而治＂管理思想不是无所作为,而是不应强为、妄为,要顺其自然而为,其基本思想是无为而无不为.文章基于对中西方行政管理思想的比较,并加以现代诠释,阐述了＂无为而治＂思想在现代行政管理中的价值.
