Abstract：
＂无为而治＂思想是华夏文化瑰宝之一,这一思想发端于先秦时期老子所创立的道家学说,后经历代思想家不断丰富完善,它不但在中国古代和现代影响深远,同时也波及到西方.本文拟基于对中西方行政管理思想的比较,阐述＂无为而治＂思想在现代行政管理中的价值.
