介绍了我国节水灌溉项目的4种发展类型,阐述了节水灌溉工程建设后评价的3种常用评价方法,即调查搜集资料法、对比法和成功度法,提出了节水灌溉工程建设后评价的指标体系及各指标的相应权重,包括立项决策指标、前期工作后评价指标和建设工程实施后评价指标三大部分.
