Abstract:
Cu-10% Sn合金粉末是制作含油轴承的主要原料,其相结构是控制产品质量的一个重要因素.采用Rietveld分析法模拟计算合金粉物相的X射线衍射谱,并根据多相体模型,无标确定相含量有其优越性.该法测得的结果与实际制样工艺密切相关.Cu-10%Sn合金粉料的主相是α-CuSn固溶体与ζ-Cu20Sn6化合物相,随着制粉工艺的变化,它们之间的相比例也会发生相应的变化.实验测得的ζ-Cu20Sn6相在15%~30%之间.
