在公路总建设投资约束下,以路网综合效益最优为目标,进行满足路网交通需求的布局优化设计.为避免传统方法求解大系统优化问题存在的"组合爆炸"问题,采用正交枚举法作为路网优化的工具,使得计算工作量大大减少,并得到了合理的公路网布局优化决策方案.
