本文基于交通供需随机性分析,借鉴网络可靠性分析方法,建立了道路畅通可靠度的基本概念.在此基础上,提出了高峰时段道路单元及路网运营状态的评估方法.并以北京市二环内路网为例,说明了该方法的实用性及可操作性.
