Abstract:

ITO nanosized powder was prepared by chemical co-precipitation by using InCl3 center dot 5H(2)O and SnCl4-5H(2)O as raw materials with the doped concentration of SnO2In2O3= 1:9 (mass ratio). The characteristic of the. powder was investigated by TEM, XRD, TG-DSC and zeta potential. When calcining temperature is 600 degrees C, the obtained powder is of cubic In2O3 structure. When the reaction pH value is 9, the homogeneous ITO powders with the size of 80 nm are obtained.
