20世纪90年代,我国节水灌溉建设有了较快的发展,但也存在着设备、工程、管理、效益以及发展速度不平衡等问题.面对新形势,需要深入探讨、研究解决上述问题的有效方法和应对入世挑战的具体措施.
本文仅从实施技术标准战略发展方面,提出一些看法和建议.
