Abstract：
从跨国公司和我国大学两方论述了我国大学与跨国公司研发机构合作的动因、以及目前合作的形式.作者认为,跨国公司研发机构的迅速发展和我国大学科技人才等比较优势是合作的基础.今后应通过增加经费、减免税收、扩大人员交流等政策加强我国大学与跨国公司研发机构的合作.
