Abstract：
采用自行开发ELID的磨削装置对硬质合金、工程陶瓷、高速钢等难加工材料进行精密镜面磨削,得到表面粗糙度为Ra0.003～0.025m的加工表面. 实现了ELID磨削技术在平面、内圆和外圆精密镜面磨削中的应用.
