Abstract:
鼓风机投入运行仅一年多因叶轮突然断裂而发生爆炸.对断裂的叶轮材质进行了化学成分及力学性能测定,并用光学显微镜及扫描电镜对材料的组织及断口进行了检验.检验结果表明,热处理工艺控制不当及叶轮材料中存在的锻造缺陷,是导致裂纹产生、造成脆性断裂的主要原因.
